Analytic solution of attractor neural networks on scale-free graphs
We study the influence of network topology on retrieval properties of recurrent neural networks, using replica techniques for diluted systems. The theory is presented for a network with an arbitrary degree distribution p(k) and applied to power law distributions p(k) ∼ k , i.e. to neural networks on scale-free graphs. A bifurcation analysis identifies phase boundaries between the paramagnetic p...
متن کاملAnalytic solution of a static scale-free network model
We present a detailed analytical study of a paradigmatic scale-free network model, the Static Model. Analytical expressions for its main properties are derived by using the hidden variables formalism. We map the model into a canonic hidden variables one, and solve the latter. The good agreement between our predictions and extensive simulations of the original model suggests that the mapping is ...
متن کاملContinuous Attractor Neural Networks
In this chapter a brief review is given of computational systems that are motivated by information processing in the brain, an area that is often called neurocomputing or artificial neural networks. While this is now a well studied and documented area, specific emphasis is given to a subclass of such models, called continuous attractor neural networks, which are beginning to emerge in a wide co...
متن کاملAttractor Neural Networks
In this lecture I will present some models of neural networks that have been developed in the recent years. The aim is to construct neural networks which work as associative memories. Different attractors of the network will be identified as different internal representations of different objects. At the end of the lecture I will present a comparison among the theoretical results and some of th...
متن کاملSolution of Laminar Boundary Layer and Turbulent Free Jet With Neural Networks
A novel neuro-based method is introduced to solve the laminar boundary layer and the turbulent free jet equations. The proposed method is based on cellular neural networks, CNNs, which are recently applied widely to solve partial differential equations. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated through some examples.
